jetBlue To Offer Direct Flights From JFK To Puerto Plata (POP) Jan. 10th 2008!
jetBlue has announced that they will be flying direct to Puerto Plata. I’ve included the link and some snippets from the press release so you can check it out. This is great news because that means that Continental and American and whoever else flies there will be faced with increased competition and as passengers we should benefit. The departure and arrival times look to be 10:30 a.m. with an arrival time of 3:20 p.m. Return flights are scheduled for 4:15 p.m. to arrive in New York at 7:05 p.m. This is great because anytime it’s easier to get to Cabarete the better 
So, check out the press release and I’ll see you on the beach! I just spoke with one of the nicest Customer Service Representatives from jetBlue and she has informed me that you can currently book jetBlue for the Puerto Plata service, today is November 28, 2007—it’s good to go!!!
